Practice this routine 3 to 4 times daily to transform how you feel and to counteract aches, pains, and stiffness. Stimulate these points anytime and anywhere. It’s especially helpful before going to sleep.

For best results, start by sitting in a comfortable chair or lying down. Hold the points for 3 to 5 minutes, as you breathe deeply. If you’re sitting, then lie down. Next, deeply relax for another 3 to 5 minutes. Relaxing like this immediately afterward helps you gain the full benefits of this Acupressure point therapy.

The effects add up. The more you practice, the better you’ll feel. When you use this Acupressure at bedtime, it helps you feel better the next day.
