This pain-relief point clears the head, benefits the central nervous system, and releases mental stress. GV16 relieves neck pain, stiffness, headaches, pain and soreness in general, sore throat, hypertension, nightmares, trauma, fear, insomnia.
GB 20: Gates of Consciousness Points1

GB20 governs relaxation and the release of endorphins, benefits the brain, relieves trauma and pain, and is especially good for headaches and neck pain.
GV 24.5: Third Eye Point2
GV24.5 is an effective point for relieving fibromyalgia by relaxing the nervous system, and balancing the pituatary and pineal glands. The Third Eye is found between the eyebrows, in the indentation where the bridge of the nose meets the forehead. This Acupressure point balances the function of the pituitary gland and relieves anxiety, emotional trauma, and dizziness.
CV 6: Sea of Energy Point3
The Sea of Energy is located two finger-widths below the center of your belly button. It benefits the body’s internal condition, especially the colon, kidneys, immune system, and the sexual and urinary systems, and it also heightens self-healing.

This fibromyalgia point strengthens the core of your body, including your abdominal muscles, intestines, and uro-reproductive system.

Your finger pressure should always be applied gradually. Go even slower and more carefully into the abdomen if you’re elderly or sick. Be very gentle if you’re pregnant, using only the palm of your hand. CV6 revives the body’s healing processes and develops vitality.
