Acupressure Foot Pain Points Lv 3 & GB 41

Endorphins for Headache Relief, Foot Arthritis & Toe Pain
Acupressure Relieves Pain
The points listed in this article relax muscular tension, and balances the vital life forces of the body using a system of trigger points. Discover how pressing two Acupressure points on the top of the feet stimulates the release of neuro-chemicals called endorphins.
Mechanism of Endorphins
The body's neruochemicals called endorphins are similar in composition to morphine, in that both mitigate pain and encourage relaxation. However, endorphins are manufactured naturally by the body to promote healing.

Acupressure points Lv 3 and GB 41 activate this pain relief mechanism, enabling the body to produce its own natural painkillers. Taking slow, long, deep breaths increases the release of endorphins.
