If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, first email us the reason you want a return, along with photos that illustrate any damage or your complaint. You must return products in new condition, packed well to avoid any damage and returned at your expense, within 40 days of the shipping date for a refund. All returns must be sent via a carrier that offers trackable shipping. Include with your return – a copy of the order confirmation email we originally sent you.
Email return shipper’s tracking number and your reason for returning items to:
returns@acupressure.com. Items returned for any reason other than our error or manufacturer’s defect will be charged a 15% restocking fee and customer would be responsible for all shipping charges. Refund will be processed after receiving all items in excellent condition given the terms stated above.
