In these Stressful Times – so many aspects of life seem to be falling a part: relationships, finances, businesses, governments, and personal lives. I am writing to give you an easy way to press a remarkable calming point which works in just a couple of minutes, and with practice can balance your emotions and alleviate hundreds of health disorders.

For Self-Healing place your palms firmly together, with the back knuckles of your thumbs pressing into the center of your breastbone, as I demonstrated in this video clip, to press CV 17, known as the Sea of Tranquility point.

Directions: Keep your hands in pray position with your spine straight, supported by a straight back chair.  Close your eyes gently. Inhale, as your head slightly comes upward. Exhale slowly as you head relaxes downward. 

Continue this healing movement breathing meditation for two or three minutes to discover the benefits. Practice this twice a day to counteract any problems you have that are either caused or worsened by stress. 

Benefits: Good for PTSD, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Depression, hormonal imbalances, substance abuse, suicidal thoughts, anxiety attacks, trauma, fear, recovering from a injury or surgery and much more. 

A Healing Practice: You have to practice this exercise two or three times a day, with super slow, deep breathing to obtain the full benefits. It’s effective because we are combining acupressure, with an easy yoga posture and deep breathing, which changes your metabolism. You have to keep-up this practice for a few months to see substantial health condition changes.

    I am happy to note that our (Indians)way of greeting others and praying GOD(Hindus),has a
    potential to cure depression,Chronic fatigue etc..
    I am presently learning acupuncture,for curing myself and to cure the poor people( free of cost )as a social service.

    • Everything in life is relative, including breast firmness. A wonderful point for the health of the breasts for both men and women is the “Breast Window Point” St 16. I will try to write a blog article on this in the future, so stay tuned; its illustrated in my Acupressure for Emotional Healing book which is my favorite. I can’t say enough about breathing and exercises for strengthening and opening the chest for enhancing the tone of the muscles for the breasts.

  8. My mother have had a L4-L5 disc herniation and she underwent a surgery. The surgery has done her justice as she has regained her mobility but with Titanium rods in her back supporting her discs, she has been having limited movements. She does Yoga as well but lately …for quite sometime now she has been going through severe pain which causes her trouble while sleeping.

    All that pain keeps her all night. She basically feels unbearable pain around her back …the sides of her spine…..she feels around the shoulder blades and …mos intense of all …..below her arm …the area below her armpits which stretches till her shoulder…from behind her back.

    The pain leads her to a depressed mind set but at times when she feels better without the pain she is a happy person. Please talk to me.

    • I appreciate your question and recognition of the comprehensive nature of my knowledge about acupressure points. My entire life has been dedicated to studying and applying Acupressure Therapy for well over 40 years. After 20 years of practice and study, I got to the point where I felt I had to share this knowledge with more and more people – through writing books, producing instructional videos and now thru blog articles and video clips.
